This woman either has no idea what she is doing or she was paid off by the other side. I actually think it's both. I hired her to serve a complaint on the other party because my original attorney was in a near-death car crash. Aleksandra failed to do so many simple things and she never served the other party, all the while telling me she was trying to and also acting like she was my friend. Eventually, the time ran out to serve the other party, so then Aleksandra took the original complaint, stuck her name on it and then actually served the other side. Well what this woman didn't even stop to find out was if any of the claims were now time-barred. We went into the pre-settlement conference and I refused the low offer presented by the other side. Aleksandra goes in to a private conference with them and comes out to tell me that some of the claims are time-barred and have to legally be dropped. This was due to her error, though of course she didn't spell that out to me. We leave the cour
