To cancel an active membership subscription you have to submit a request to Customer Care so they may successfully close your account. Please include your login email/phone/listing link or any information that can help us track your profile.
To view your subscription details please navigate to Edit Account page and locate Billing & Plans tab. You’ll see a list of all your subscriptions.

There are 2 options to update a listing's information:
1. If you are an existing customer and you have an active listing associated with your account simply navigate to My Listings and click on the 'Edit' button next to each listing item.
2. If you are not an existing customer you can find the 'Suggest an Edit' option on the listing's page and folow the steps. Please note that we will review the suggested edits and might contact you to confirm the changes.

All searches on our website are confidential. Listings owners are not notified in any way about your searches or interaction with any listing.
We accept credit cards or a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo as well as PayPay payments. We are unable to accept any other form of payment, such as check or money order.
